The 7 Keys to Work-Life Balance Workshop provides a framework for you to examine your current professional and personal work-life balance situation and how it does not (and does) support you and your desired way of living and working. You will receive tools, resources and concrete exercises to support you in making personalized changes for greater satisfaction.

The 7 Keys are also sound leadership behaviors that enhance individual effectiveness, efficiency, communication skills, team development and commitment.

In this highly interactive program, participants design a more optimal mix of professional and personal priorities. You will learn strategies to make short-term changes and long-term sustainable choices for greater personal satisfaction and professional effectiveness.  You will leave the workshop with a workbook full of actions you can immediately implement into your work and life for greater satisfaction and effectiveness.

Included in your registration

Participation in the 7 Keys Virtual Integration Program (VIP) at no cost. The 7 Keys VIP is an email-based accountability and support process to assist workshop participants in integrating what they learned in the workshop into their ‘real’ life and work.

Starting the day after the workshop for three months, participants will receive weekly emails with review of materials covered in the workshop and reminders to do the ‘fieldwork’ that will assist in applying the newly learned strategies.  Participants are encouraged to respond to each email with their progress, their successes and their questions.  Julie Cohen will reply to all emails with personalized feedback
